PARENT NOTIFICATION REGARDING STUDENT EXIT FROM LAP SERVICES
Dear Parent or Guardian:
The Northshore School District receives federal and state funds to help students develop strong literacy and math skills. The Learning Assistance Program (LAP) is a state-funded program that offers supplemental services and interventions to support struggling learners.
Earlier this year, your student qualified for LAP support in reading and/or math . Based on your student’s level of academic achievement, we believe they no longer need additional, personalized instruction in this area.
We will continue to monitor your student’s progress to ensure they remain at grade level. If you have any questions or concerns about your student’s academic progress, please reach out to me or the classroom teacher.
