Current out-of-district waivered students, in grades 1-12, will need to apply annually for a waiver but will be able to remain at their current school until their next level of transition, (e.g. elementary to middle school; middle school to high school) as long as a new waiver has been submitted prior to the start of the new school year. All efforts will be made to keep all approved waivered students in their current feeder pattern during the transition period but cannot be guaranteed. Continued approval of waiver is based on successful academic, attendance and discipline records.
