Current out-of-district waivered students, in grades 1-12, will need to apply annually for a waiver. Approval of the requests are not guaranteed.
Current in-district waivered students in grades K-12 will have their waiver approved until their next level of transition, (e.g. elementary to middle school; middle school to high school). Continued approval of waiver is based on successful academic, attendance and discipline records.
Moving? - If you are a current student and move out of your resident school address and would like to remain at the school you must submit the waiver request within 2 (two) weeks of moving for review. It will be processed as a new waiver request and approval is based on capacity, successful academic, attendance and discipline records.
