October Construction Update: Skyview & Canyon Creek Expansion

During October, the Skyview and Canyon Creek expansion project continued to progress. Carpeting, flooring, painting, and casework in the new multi-use building is nearly complete. The process of commissioning began in October, which tests each of the systems in the building to ensure they work properly. The lights, HVAC system and fire alarms were commissioned. Commissioning in this building is expected to be completed in November. Additionally, a punch list was compiled with items like paint touch ups, casework touch ups and other smaller details that the contractor is working through.

Interior work for the additions at Skyview and Canyon Creek is ongoing, including installation of sheetrock and painting. Landscaping at both campuses is also in process.
