The design process continues for the phased replacement project for Leota with assistance from the School Design Advisory Committee and influenced by conversations with families, staff, students, and community. The committee continues to work on the master plan for the entire school along with the building design before the permitting process can begin. Currently, the anticipated groundbreaking is scheduled in summer/fall 2024 for Phase I of the replacement project, which is funded by the voter-approved 2022 Capital Bond. The below renderings may change before construction begins, but they represent a recent draft of the project design to provide an early look at what is to come.
