The District is currently working through the final design cycle of the phased replacement for Inglemoor High School and is incorporating input from both the school and the wider community. The first phase of construction for the project will begin in the summer 2025.
During summer 2024, some initial work will take place in preparation for later construction. In late 2023, the District acquired an adjacent parcel of land at 15226 Simonds Road, which has since been cleared. In summer 2024, there will be earthwork taking place that is required to install temporary portables to accommodate dispersed classroom capacity needs once construction is underway on replacing the main campus buildings.
Phase 1, which was generously funded by Northshore voters who approved the 2022 Capital Bond, will include a new commons space, new kitchen, science and other classrooms, along with preparing the infrastructure for the future phases of the full replacement of the school.
