Out of Country Student Account Access

Students who anticipate being out of the country for five or more consecutive days and require access to the student's account can follow the below steps:

  • Complete the Notice of Pre-Arranged Extended Absence Form and submit it to the school as soon as you are aware of the absence, but no later than two weeks prior to the planned travel date. After review, the school will provide you a copy of the form signed by the principal.

  • No later than two weeks before travel, parent/guardians need to create a support ticket following these steps:
    • Open the Student Tech Support Ticketing System
    • Enter Details and continue as a Guest.
    • Select Out-of-Country Travel.
    • Complete all the relevant information.
    • Attached the Prearranged Extended Absence Form signed by the Principal to the ticket.
    • Submit the ticket.

  • Technology support will reach out via the ticket with instructions on next steps for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up.

Regardless of completing all the above steps, there is a chance that students can experience difficulties in accessing certain applications internationally. This varies based on the country and the settings of the internet provider.
