Northshore School District is requesting bids/quotes from qualified Bidders to provide pick-up trucks and cargo vans to replace aging vehicles.

The Northshore School District has conducted interviews with the finalist teams and will be conducting a public fee opening as part of the Request for Fee Proposal (RFFP) step for the GC/CM solicitation. 

The PUBLIC FEE OPENING will be at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at the Northshore School District Support Services Building, First Floor. The Support Services Building is located at 22105 23rd Drive SE, Bothell, WA 98021.

The Northshore School District is pleased to announce that the following Design-Build team:

LEASE CRUTCHER LEWIS and MITHUN

have been selected to be the Design-Builder for the Elementary School Modernizations Project at Kenmore and Maywood Hills Elementary Schools.

The District would like to thank everyone who submitted Statement of Qualifications, participated in the Request for Proposals process, for their time, effort, and interest working with NSD on this project.

The School District intends to award this Contract to Lease Crutcher Lewis, Seattle, WA utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10. The award is subject to School Board Approval and signing of the Progressive Design-Build contract.

The finalist teams have submitted their proposals as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) step for the below Progressive Design Build (“PDB”) solicitation for the development and construction of the Northshore School District’s Elementary School Expansions at Crystal Springs, Fernwood, Woodin, and Sorenson Early Childhood Center, all located in Bothell, Washington.  The list of selected finalists may be found here: FINALISTS
