September Construction Update: Ruby Bridges Elementary

Ruby Bridges Elementary’s project team continues to work through the project’s punch list, while awaiting the school’s certificate of occupancy. The seismic bracing is being adjusted and once complete, the certificate is anticipated. This necessary adjustment is isolated to the school’s mezzanine area on the third floor. All other areas of the school have been approved to be occupied by staff if they wish to teach from the building during distance learning.
