September Construction Update: Northshore Concert Hall at Inglemoor

The Northshore Concert Hall project located at Inglemoor High School continues to remain on schedule for completion in December.

In September, permanent power was connected to the new building, which allowed all mechanical systems to be connected as intended. These systems will continue to be tested for functionality over the next few months for a variety of details including, ensuring all lights turn on and auto sensing works appropriately as occupants enter a room. Also during the month, the two-story glassy entry was finished and the team is preparing to install the entrance’s wood ceiling.

Outside the building, Inglemoor High School’s tennis courts have been surfaced and striped. The team is waiting for the fencing for the perimeter of the courts to arrive. New parking islands and curbs were also installed for parking on the north side of the building, as well as more sidewalks around the perimeter of the building to improve safety and circulation on campus.

This project was made possible by the generous support of Northshore voters, who approved the 2018 bond.
