Maywood Hills Field Improvements are Completed

Synthetic turf was installed this summer at Maywood Hills Elementary’s west playfield, replacing the sand-based playfield. This new playing surface greatly improves the field drainage, meaning fewer clogged drains and puddles. Now that the project is complete, the school’s playground is reopened.

This much needed field improvement project is made possible by the generous Northshore voters who approved the 2018 bond.
