June Construction Update: Northshore Concert Hall at Inglemoor
Northshore Concert Hall exterior

The Northshore Concert Hall at Inglemoor High School continues to take shape. The majority of the metal siding on the exterior of the building is installed and curbing is going in around the site. Additionally, asphalt has been laid in one of the parking lots. The team has begun clearing the space for the new tennis court area.

Inside the building, most of the drywall is installed and the painting is nearly complete. The tile in the lower floor bathroom in the Concert Hall space is laid and the elevator was installed this month.

In the coming weeks most of the scaffolding inside the building will be taken down, so that the team can install the dropped ceiling with acoustic baffles designed to reduce noise reverberation throughout the space.

This project was made possible by the generous support of Northshore voters, who approved the 2018 bond.
