Introducing the Newest Member of Northshore's Safety & Security Team

Heather Grosz is the newest member of the Northshore Safety & Security Team. She will take over full-time Security duties from Bill Brooks, who is now dedicated to the technology related to safety and security projects.

Heather will be responding to all safety and security issues around the district, and is looking forward to working with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and emergency responders at every campus. She will provide direction and assistance during safety drills and actual events, lead trainings, inspect sites, and document incidents, and will also be on call in case of after-hours events on a rotational basis.

Heather brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Northshore, and graduated from Minnesota State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She has spent time working with at risk youth, and as a corrections officer. Most recently, Heather worked as a security officer for a major hospital in Seattle.
