Northshore Human Services Consortium

The Northshore Human Services Consortium is a collaboration of community partners representing schools, parents, agencies and organizations that come together regularly to find better ways to support the health and success of children and families in our community.

The Northshore Human Services Consortium shares the vision of working together to promote the health and emotional well-being of children and families in our community. This collaboration of community partners is focused on:

  • Children ready to learn and schools ready for children and youth
  • Accessible school-linked supports and services for students and families
  • Strengthening connections between families, schools and community partners to support learning and youth development

By working together, the community members hope to better identify needs, maximize resources, coordinate programming, eliminate duplication of services, leverage funding and advocate for children's health and welfare as a priority in community planning.
