Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We encourage students of all ages to create an activity log to track their daily activity. Students can choose an activity they find enjoyable (e.g. walk, jog, jumping-jacks etc.). Depending on age, students benefit from different amounts of activities, but at least 30 minutes a day is a good starting point.
