Current Business Opportunities

Northshore School District No. 417 will receive sealed bids for the Classroom Lock Security Upgrades Phase 2 project for work to upgrade classroom locks at 5 secondary/high school sites. The upgrades will replace or retrofit existing classroom locks with more secure functionality, such as having thumbturns and indicators. Bids shall be submitted to the Northshore School District Support Services Building - Capital Project Offices, 22105 23rd Drive SE, Bothell, WA 98021. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:00PM on March 11, 2020. Each bid shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bid Documents. Copies of the Invitation for Bid Documents may be examined on the District website at http://www.nsd.org/business. Small Businesses and Minority and Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to apply.

Northshore School District No. 417 will receive sealed bids for the supply of Dairy Products.  Bids shall be submitted to the Northshore School District Administrative Offices, ATTN: Ashley Clericus, 3330 Monte Villa Parkway, Bothell, WA 98021. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00PM on March 5, 2020.  Each bid shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bid Documents. Copies of the Invitation for Bid Documents may be examined on the District website at http://www.nsd.org/business. Small Businesses and Minority and Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to apply.

Northshore School District No. 417 will receive sealed bids for the supply of beverages for the Food Services Department.  Bids shall be submitted to the Northshore School District Administrative Offices, ATTN: Ashley Clericus, 3330 Monte Villa Parkway, Bothell, WA 98021. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00PM on February 12, 2020.  Each bid shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bid Documents. Small Works Roster

The Small Works Process may be used on public works projects with an estimated cost of $350,000 or less. The Northshore School District (NSD) maintains its own Small Works Roster (SWR). If you would like to be a part of the SWR please review the application packet (below) and return a completed SWR Application to Ashley Clericus via email at aclericus@nsd.org or by mail to:

Please make note of the following if you wish to complete an application:

  • Application expires one year after signature date & will be removed from the SWR
  • Requirements that contractors shall comply with include, but are not limited to:
    • NSD General Requirements (included in application packet)
    • Must be able to provide a current Certificate of Insurance meeting NSD Requirements
    • Must be able to provide a Performance/Payment Bond on projects over $150,000
    • RCW 18.27 Registration of Contractors
