Northshore School Board Director Ken Smith announced Monday his intent to resign his board position in order to run for state Senate in the 45th District.
The district has posted new start and end times for 2017-18 for individual schools. For most, this will mean starting and ending about 25 minutes later than they do this year.
Four informational sessions will be held to review the standards, based on new state guidelines
Students can now earn high school credit in a World Language by passing a World Language Competency test.
