 Welcome to the Health Room My name is Jean Christensen and I am pleased to be the School Nurse at Moorlands Elementary. My goals are to keep our students safe and healthy, to manage health problems as they arise, and to be a resource and advocate for families in our Moorlands Community. To help me achieve these goals, please keep me updated of any changes regarding your child’s health and be sure to inform the office staff if there are changes in your emergency contact information. To the left you will find links to information on things like Medications at School, Immunizations and how to decide when to keep your child home from school. I hope the information is helpful.
