My name is Pam Harper and I have been working with Northshore School District since 1991.  It has been my pleasure to serve children at Northshore and work with  outstanding staff and incredible parents.  Currently, I serve Bear Creek Elementary, Hollywood Hill Elementary, Timbercrest Junior High, and Woodinville High School.  This gives me an opportunity to work with multiple ages. In working with students, I emphasize many aspects of a child such as gross and fine motor skills, functional abilities at school, and interests of the students and their families.

I participate in staffing a "Game Room" at Hollywood Hill which is an alternative and safe recess for those "shy" students, or students working on their social skills in a relaxed and safe environment. In the game room, we have a variety of games and opportunities for art activities. Anyone is invited.  We have a group of extraordinary 5th and 6th graders to help us with set up and clean up. Most importantly, they invite students to do activities with them.  The "helpers" are taught some basics on behavior that demonstrate "integrity." They are taught how to handle themselves when difficulties arise in relating with other students. They can serve as models for other students.

Personally, I am married to Larry Harper and have four adult sons.  Interests include hiking, reading, dog training, sports and having fun with family and friends.
