2009-2010 Giving Campaign at Kenmore Elementary

Dear Families,

We are pleased to welcome new and returning Kenmore Elementary students and families to the 2009-2010 school year. At Kenmore, we are fortunate to have an active Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The role of our PTA is to create a strong community of families, to provide support for our teachers in the classrooms, to celebrate our faculty and staff, and to raise funds for enhancements to the general curriculum. Funds raised by the PTA each year benefit all Kenmore students and without these dollars, many special programs would not be possible. As we start this year we are launching the World of Wonders Giving Campaign at Kenmore Elementary.

This is a simple, effective way to financially support our school. The three goals of the Giving Campaign are:

 · Raise $10,000 in direct donations and through matching funds,  

    · Raise $10,000 through the 4th Annual Auction,

  · Achieve 100% giving participation among the families served at Kenmore. 

The Giving Campaign will be the major fundraising effort for the PTA this school year...

Please take a few minutes to review the information that came home with the "First Day" packet. In your packet and on this website, you will find answers to "Frequently Asked Questions." You will also find the Giving Campaign Donation Form with details about how to make a gift of money or support to the Giving Campaign, as well as an Auction Registration Form.

We hope every Kenmore family will choose to make a gift to our World of Wonders Giving Campaign! We can't do it without you. We thank you in advance for your participation. Your contribution will make a difference to our children every day!
