VIKING SWIM AND DIVE NEWS
All girls planning on trying out for the Inglemoor swim/dive team in the fall should pick up a sports packet in the athletic office at Inglemoor. Make sure that you pick up the sport specific guidelines as well. You will not be allowed to particpate in practice until your paperwork is complete. The big question has been..... when is practice. Practice will be in the morning at Juanita pool. Practice starts on August 23rd. Specific time for practice will be posted once it is confirmed. There is a parent/athlete meeting on August 19th at 7:00 in the gymnasium. This is a great time to turn in your completed packet and to attend a meeting about the upcoming swim and dive season. Girls 2010 IHS Swim & Dive Volunteer Alert Volunteers are now required to register with the school district and have a background check with the Washington State Patrol before volunteering. That means everyone who is a timer, runner, scorer, starter, or who helps with the swim meet.
The forms must be returned in person by the adult volunteer to the IHS main office or to Coach Mayes for verification. That means returned by the adult volunteer, not returned by a student.
