Spotlight on Mr. Combs

Mr. Combs is a wonderful teacher we say.  Here is some stuff about him.

How long has he been teaching is a question some of you may ask.  Well, he's been teaching for a long time, since 1991 in fact.  He has taught 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade.  His current favorite as a kid and right now is 5th grade.  "It's a lot of fun" he says.  One of his many strategies he uses to get people to pay attention and listen to him is his sense of humor.  And I gotta say it works!

Mr. Combs likes to spend his time going hiking on weekends.  He also has a daughter named Sidney (15) and a son named Russell (12).  Which brings us to his black lab named Samantha…

And last…

Mr. Combs' first job was as a dishwasher at a restaurant called Pizza Haven.  He has worked in many places, with many jobs, but is now a teacher here at Kokanee.  His favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.  Why?  Here is his answer - "Because I think everyone can be thankful for something."

That's all for this interview.
