PTSA

Woodinville High School has one of the best Parent-Teacher-Student Associations in the area. The PTSA allows parents, teachers, and students to express their opinions on school situations or any part of the school that they think may need attention. The PTSA also prints a monthly newsletter, called the Falcon's Nest that is mailed to each student. To join the PTSA or to visit sometime, call the school's main office at (425)-489-6700 or call Jodie Olson at 489-0859.

Often parents ask me the best way they can learn or brush up on French. Here's a link that will help you practice!

You don't have to speak French to help

"If I don't speak French at home," many parents ask, "how can I help my child in French?" Your involvement and support for your child's education is one of the most important things you can do to make sures/he is successful in school - that istrue no matter what classs/he is taking. If you encourage your child by showing that you are committed and interested in French it will make a great difference.I would encourage you tofindways to immerse your kidin French or to use French outside of school time. Why not borrow French books from the public library, listen to music by French artists, watch some French television programs or videos, or visit French countries (don't forget Canada, eh?) And if you are a French speaker, you are the BEST resource for your child outside of the classroom! You can help me a lot by making sure that your child makes time for daily French homework and Quia website practice (20 minutes). Merci en avance pour vos efforts!
