WHS MUSIC
DEPT PRESENTS "AN EVENING AT THE POPS"
: May 26 - Thursday - 7:00 PM, Northshore
Baptist Church Auditorium, 10301 NE 145th Street, Bothell. Featuring the Concert Choir, Orchestra, Wind
Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Percussion Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble performing a
variety of jazz standards, patriotic favorites, familiar classical selections,
Broadway and pop tunes. General Admission is $5. Tickets will be
available at the door. Doors open at 6:30 PM. For ticket questions

Attention Students!
On
Friday, June 3rd ASB is hosting a FREE outdoor movie night on the WHS baseball
field! Bring your fold-up chairs,
blankets, and best friends for a special showing of Talladega Nights on the big
screen. Soda and snacks will be
available for purchase, and the movie starts at 9:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome!
Women in Construction - MAGIC Camp!
If
you are a woman interested in the field of construction there is a summer camp
just for you - MAGIC (Mentor a Girl in Construction) Camp. MAGIC Camp is a free summer day camp where
high school girls explore and develop basic skills in the areas of carpentry,
electrical and welding. Girls will be
mentored by women working in various phases of construction. Applications are available at
nawicpugetsound.org
and are due by Friday, June 3rd. See the
Career Center for questions.

is on sale every Wednesday at the a la carte window in the commons
during lunch. Price is $3.50 each.

sent to a college/etc. after you have graduated:
please bring an envelope addressed to
where it should go with ONE stamp to Ms. Treverton in the Counseling Office. I would do it right away before you forget!
We
are not selling graduation tickets at Awards Night as we have in the past.

must complete and sign this form in order for them or their parents can pick up
their tickets.

Four complimentary tickets may be picked up by all graduating seniors during
1st and 2nd lunch in the Commons. Additional tickets may be purchased for
$5.00 each (exact cash or check made out to WHS only please)

Four Complimentary tickets may be picked up by all graduating seniors in the
Counseling Center before and after school, at options, and during
lunch. Additional tickets may be purchased for $5.00 each (exact
cash or check made out to WHS only please)
ATTENTION SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS: Parking applications for 2011-2012 are available outside of Robin's office. PARKING APPLICATIONS WILL BE DUE BACK TO HER BY TUESDAY, MAY 31ST. Your application will not be entered in the lottery if she does not receive it by this day. Please make sure you have completed every part of the application and sign it appropriately. Our priority list is as follows:
1. Seniors with NEVAC/Satellite/Running Start classes where there is no district shuttle offered.
2. Juniors with NEVAC/Satellite/Running Start classes where there is no district shuttle offered.
3. Seniors who participate in after school sports and ASB clubs and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
4. Seniors who have work after school and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (lottery drawing).
5. Seniors with cumulative GPA of 2.5 (lottery drawing).
6. Juniors who participate in after school sports and ASB clubs and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (lottery drawing).
Please be reminded that even if you are taking a NEVAC or Running Start class next year, you need to complete an application like all other students. Anyone taking a Running Start or NEVAC class, is in a sport no matter what season, is in an ASB club or activity or works, must submit that information in the area designated at the top of the application. Each application must be signed by the student and parent/guardian.
