Volunteering in Northshore Schools

The Northshore School District recognizes that involvement of parents and community members in each student's education contributes to a successful school experience and has a positive impact on student achievement. We welcome parent and community volunteers to help as tutors, classroom speakers, committee advisors or assistants on special projects.

We encourage family, business and community members to become actively involved in the education of our young people.

Return completed forms to the following:

• Parents, guardians and family members interested in volunteering at their child's school—send completed forms directly to the school.
• Community members not currently volunteering at a school—send completed forms to: Karen Orsinger at the address below.

The following three volunteer forms must be filled out before service can begin.  The forms are presented in Adobe Acrobat, meaning to view the files, you will need Adobe Reader.  Additionally, volunteers must read the Volunteer Handbook and agree to comply with its guidelines.
