Thank You for Your Support!

Thank you for your continued support of Northshore students and schools. Passage of the bond and renewal of the levies sustains critical local funding which enables us to continue providing an excellent education for our students in safe learning environments.  These measures are vitally important, particularly as we face the prospect of further deep reductions in state funding.

We are proud of the consistently strong academic performance of our students and appreciate the generous support of our community. The Northshore community has an unrivaled history supporting quality public education, even in difficult times.

We firmly believe that strong schools equal a strong community. Thank you for investing in the future of our community and protecting our community's investment in your public schools!

Northshore School District will have three propositions on the ballot for the February 9, 2010, election to continue support for student learning:

  • Capital Projects Bond
  • Renewal Education Operations Support Levy
  • Renewal School Technology Levy

Northshore Propositions on the Ballot, Not in the Voters' Pamphlet

Ballots for the Feb. 9 election have arrived in homes along with voters' pamphlets.  Northshore School District propositions are not listed inside the King County Voters' Pamphlet and Snohomish County did not produce a voters' pamphlet for this election.  This is a practice the district has followed for the last serveral years as a cost saving measure.

Information about these proposition
is on the ballot -- don't forget to turn your King County ballot over to see two of the propositions.  An informational mailer was also sent to Northshore residents on Jan. 15.  Please contact the Communications Department, 425.408.7670, for additional information or assistance.
