The Capital Projects team consists of
architects, engineers, construction managers, land use specialists, and
office professionals. We oversee the planning, design, and construction
of schools and administrative facilities throughout the district. Our
work encompasses modernizations, new construction, and expansion
projects. Over the last 10 years, Capital Projects has successfully
completed nearly 50 projects valued at almost $250 million.
Our staff strives:

buildings that help children learn, that are well-designed and visually
interesting, and that make effective use of economical and environmentally responsive materials and methods;

to maintain effective communications with the community; and

to confirm commitment of spending bond dollars as promised.
Our ongoing commitment to maintain and improve
our school facilities is realized through consistent approval of the
bond measures. This community support has enabled Capital Projects to
continue its efforts of providing quality learning and work
environments for the students, staff and community of the Northshore
School District.
