High School | Junior High
Northshore offers 12 sports for junior high students and 17 for senior high students. In addition, most elementary schools provide the option of participating in cross country in the fall and track and field in the spring.
Northshore's three senior high schools, Bothell, Inglemoor, and Woodinville, compete in the KingCo 4A Conference, which is composed of high schools on the east side of Lake Washington (the cities of Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, Kenmore, Sammamish, Redmond, and Woodinville) and Seattle. State championship play is governed by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA). Northshore's six junior highs compete against each other.
Northshore charges a fee to participate in sports at all grade levels. This fee is capped for students who play multiple sports and for families who have multiple children participating. Participation fee financial aid is available for individuals who qualify.
