IB and AP - Grades 10-12
Students who have completed the
ninth grade may continue in the high school honors program or select
disciplines by application and continued evaluation. Students may
choose language arts, social studies, humanities, accelerated algebra
II/trigonometry, accelerated biology, or accelerated chemistry.
All three Northshore high schools, Bothell (Advanced Placement), Inglemoor (International Baccalaureate), and Woodinville (Advanced Placement) provide a rigorous
pre-university course of study that meets the needs of highly motivated
secondary school students. In addition, the Running Start program is
open to juniors and seniors. This program allows qualified students to
take advanced courses at a local community college and earn credits
toward high school graduation, and, in some cases, college credit.
