Parent Assistant

Northshore's Parent Assistant provides parents and guardians access to information regarding their children's demographicinformation, transportation schedule, attendance activity, reportingperiod grades, and class schedules via the Internet. Parents andguardians may view the information or request changes to demographicinformation using a computer and a browser like Microsoft InternetExplorer, Safari or Firefox.

Please note: Parents are required to come in person to the appropriatecampus location with picture ID to obtain their username and password(Counseling or Attendance offices are most common).

The Current Progress screen in Parent Assistant has been made available. You can now view your student's grades for his/her Semester 1 and Semester 2 classes. We have, however, removed access to the Student Schedule screen while our schools work on finalizing next year's master schedule as well as individual student schedules. Access to the schedule screen will return August 31 at 4 PM. If you click on the Student Schedule button in the meantime, you will be automatically logged out of Parent Assistant. You may continue to use the other areas of Parent Assistant. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Please contact your school's Parent Assistant Coordinator to obtain your user name and password for Parent Assistant.

• The Online Progress Report system is separate from Parent Assistant, but allows for parents to use the same login information.

• This system is optional and new, and therefore teachers may opt to continue posting progress using conventional methods. Please contact the teacher for the method they choose to post student progress reports.

• Online progress reports are updated on a schedule determined by each teacher, please contact the teacher to determine the method and schedule they choose to post student progress.

• The parent login is still in Beta testing. Parents may find that certain features are not functioning correctly or may be missing. For login problems, please contact the campus registrar for a Parent Assistant username and password.
