Northshore offers pre-school and pre-kindergarten programs at both Frank Love Elementary (303 224th Street SW, Bothell) and Cottage Lake Elementary (15940 Avondale Road NE, Woodinville).

The programs focus on early reading and instruction geared to the child's age and development. Classes are taught by teachers certified in Early Childhood Education who work with trained assistants. Enrollment is limited to 12 students per session.

To enroll in the pre-school program, a child must be three years old by August 31. Children will attend the program on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two-and-a-half hours each day. Tuition is $200 per month for the 2007-08 school year.

To enroll in the pre-kindergarten program, a child must be four years old by August 31 of the current school. Children attend the program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two-and-a-half hours each day. Tuition is $300 per month for the 2007-08 school year.

Families must provide a certificate of immunization for their child and be able to provide their own transportation. All children must be toilet trained.

Tuition waiver reduction is available for qualifying families.
