Enrollment Instructions/Forms

Please bring completed enrollment forms into the Northshore Networks office between the hours of 7:30-3:00 M-F. Once received, a short intake meeting for parent(s) and student (consulting students only, an intake is not required for YMCA HomeZone students) will be scheduled with our director, Holly Call.

Northshore Networks is now open at our new campus in the Northshore Administration Building: 3330 Monte Villa Parkway, Bothell, WA 98021.

These documents contain information regarding NN policies andprocedures, clubs, and forms for the freshman & culminating projects for high school students. Some documents require Microsoft Word or Excel, others require Adobe Acrobat software (a free download - click button above) or other software for viewing .pdf files.
