Foxy Shazam

Foxy Shazam is by far one of the most talented bands I’ve ever heard in my life. Welcome To The Church of Rock and Roll is their 4th album over the past few years. All six of these boys are amazing talented people just in general. The lead singer, Eric is an unmistakably sweet guy who sounds like a mouse when he talks and Freddy Mercury when he sings. He is also known for eating cigarettes on stage, and having firsthand experience, it is amazing. Loren is the soft-spoken guitarist whose guitar riffs make every song tie together. Alex Nauth is the trumpet player and backing vocals in Foxy Shazam. He is a sweet, eccentric man who is prone to ripping his pants on stage. After meeting Alex, I’m sure I’ve found my husband. Sky White is the keyboardist and is known for his beard and for playing his piano upside down and throwing the piano into the crowd and playing it while being held up by fans. Daisy is the big haired bass player, who after talking to him, showed that he believes in a lot more than rock and roll. Aaron is the drummer who is known for keeping the band organized and never wearing a shirt onstage. This is an amazing group of boys who deserve every ounce of fame and fortune that they get. They really care about their fans and they stayed at the show that I went to until 12am from a show that ended at 10.pm, so that everyone got to talk to them and take pictures. Meeting them and getting to talk to my idols was one of the best days of my life.

Foxy Shazam released their first album in 2005 titled The Flamingo Trigger. This out of all the albums seems to be the more out going and eccentric. The track listing for this album is here

Foxy shazam’s second album came out in 2008 after 3 years of preparation. Introducing! Is where you see Foxy Shazam to really come into their more outlandish theatrical period.

Foxy Shazam’s third album came out in 2010 and is where they rode their wave on the theatrical bandwagon and kept it more classic rock. I highly recommend someone making a mix and watching Rocky Horror Picture Show to it.  The track listing is here

Foxy Shazam just recently released their newest album The Church of Rock and Roll. This album is by far my favorite because it has a classic 80’s rock and roll feel to it that makes you feel happy, and not care about anything else that’s going on around you. You can listen to the whole album here.

Foxy Shazam is by far one of my favorite bands in the world and meeting them was a dream come true. They are more than just special and gifted to me because they are truly talented and deserve everything that they get. Besides being wonderful onstage performers they are really are interested in making sure their fans know they are recognized for their dedication and passion for the band and its members. Even if you don’t like
