Dear Perspective Contributor,  

On behalf of Sunrise Elementary School, we are asking for your support for our
bi-annual "Plant a Seed…Grow a Future" school auction, which will be held on March 26, 2010.

Once every two years we raise funds to help enhance the curriculum and educational experiences for children at Sunrise Elementary School including:

· Maintaining our school Science Lab, including funding of a
part-time staff member

· Summer Reading Academy  

· The purchase of books for every classroom to support new
"leveled libraries" (books for a variety of  reading levels)

· Providing extra classroom supplies & enrichment funds (so the teachers don't have to spend their own money, as so many do!)

We are asking you to help us provide the resources for education in our community.  If you already know you'd like to contribute, feel free to contact me directly, or simply return the enclosed procurement form.

As we are a registered non-profit organization, your auction contribution could be tax deductible.  Consult your accountant on your specific situation.  Our Tax ID Number is ID 91-1286397.

Another way for your business to participate, for $500 you can put your company name & advertising on a table of 10 to demonstrate your support of education and the community. In addition to reaching everyone at a table with your advertising, you'll also receive recognition in our auction catalog and during our pre-auction slideshow to the entire audience.
